Whoever responded to my email questions was complete in their answers and very informative in the answers they provided. Your site is very customer-service oriented and well organized. The thought and design of the website is absolutly adorable, not to mention it is the only place I have been able to find tags like that at such a reasonable price. Your delivery promise was perfectly accurate, and the free shipping is a nice plus. I know when you have your own business, it is often a moral booster to hear from customers (who aren't related to you) that you're doing a great job, and that is what I am doing. I have recomended you to all of my dog-loving friends (one of whom runs a bully breed rescue), and you can be sure that they will pass on the recomendations to others as well. Thanks to you, and your tags, my dog was found!! He got out last night and took off like a bat out of hell when the fire works blew off. He is an all black dog at 90 lbs, and I was so worried that he was going to get hit by a car. But someone saw him and held him, and called me because of the tag I got from you! He was 2 miles away from home!! (See Buddy - a 1/2 wolf 1/2 lab in our photo below) Thanks again.
