Q> How much is the engraving charge ?

Q> How do I Upload my Photo Logo or Artwork ?

A> After Placing your order, email it to waggletags@gmail.com, include your order #



Q.> Can a Photo/Logo be put on any items ?

A> We have Several Different types of items that can all have a photo/Logo applied.

1. Colored Aluminum Tags- the photo will be engraved on the tag and will show up as a monochrome image.

2. Gold Plated or Stainless Steel- the photo will be engraved on the tag and will show up as a monochrome image.

Q> I ordered an item wrong, what do I do ?

A> Simply email us within 8 hours and we will do our best to make the changes



Q> Will you put any Logo onto the items ?

A> We do our best to accomodate all of our customers, however

1. We will not add any copywrited Logo ie; Sports Teams, Beverage Logo's, etc. Unless you are an authorized buyer for that Company

2. We reserve the right not to use anything waggletags deems to be innapropriate such as : pornography, vulgar language, gang symbols, text or images describing hatred toward any persons, group, religion, nationality, or ethnic groups

4. We are open minded, and realize art is subjective, if you are in question, please email us for determination.

5. Obviously we will not apply any words or images that are illegal.



Q> I want to do a fundraiser, but I am not involved in pets.

A> Waggletags isn't just for pets, we will help you with your fundraiser, for any organization. We can target specific items for your group to sell, or included everything on our site. We can do it either through a link from your site to ours, or through samples and order forms set up at your location.

Q> What if I get my tag, and don't like it ?

A> If you have any questions about your order or engraving please ask. Engraved items are not returnable unless incorrect or defective- if that's the case Simply return the tag, and we will replace it, or refund your money- contact us via email, and we'll instruct you on how best to return the item.

Q> Does waggletags ship to other countries ?

A> Yes, we ship our orders all over the world. Shipping time varies, usually 7 10 business days. Shipping cost for outside US $ 10.00 per order.
