Return Policy: We will replace your tags, if they arrive to you incorrect, or damaged. Please contact us with your information, and mail the tags to our Snail Mail address. Please do not send back the rings.

Tags can be placed (without rings) in a standard first class letter size envelope. We will credit you first class postage.

We do not accept returns on engraved items, unless errored or damaged.
